1. Service description

ValetMobilize provides professional mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services across the Murcia Region, Torrevieja and the Costa Blanca. The client requests the service and ValetMobilize travels to the agreed location to carry it out.

2. Bookings and confirmation

Bookings are made via the website form, WhatsApp or email. A booking is only confirmed once ValetMobilize sends an explicit written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline requests due to lack of availability or other justified reasons.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative for standard saloon cars. Larger vehicles (SUVs, vans, motorhomes) may be priced differently, which will be communicated to the client before confirming the appointment. Payment is made after the service is completed, in cash, bank transfer or Bizum.

4. Cancellations and changes

The client may cancel or modify an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the agreed service price.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If the client is not satisfied with the result, they must communicate this at the time of vehicle handover or within 24 hours. ValetMobilize will assess the issue and, where appropriate, carry out the necessary corrections at no additional cost.

6. Liability

ValetMobilize is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle not reported before the start of the service, nor for personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the service.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Murcia.
